    One of NHL all-star weekend's brightest stars is Darryl Sutter's son, Chris

    Kings coach Darryl Sutter was coaching Team Foligno at the all-star game, but his son, Chris helped his fout and showed yet again why he's got a special place in the hockey world.

    Although hometown hero Ryan Johansen was voted MVP of the 2015 NHL All-Star Game Sunday night, the person who best embodied the spirit of the event was Chris Sutter, son of L.A. Kings (and Team Foligno) coach Darryl Sutter.

    Chris Sutter, who lives with Down Syndrome, was helping his father coach Team Foligno in Columbus, and took the game as seriously as anyone in the building. The 21-year-old was on the bench offering support to Bobby Ryan after his goal, as well as advice to superstar Patrick Kane (while fellow star Alex Ovechkin looked on amusedly):

    Sutter has spoken proudly for years about Chris and his challenges and triumphs – including taking part in L.A.'s Stanley Cup wins:

    Chris and Darryl Sutter's team didn't win in Columbus, but it's fantastic to see the young man is still making an impact.
