New York’s Vincent Trocheck has been impactful with six goals and eight assists for 14 points through their 11 playoff games.

Friday ends the week off with an exciting Game two matchup between the New York Rangers and the Florida Panthers in the Eastern Conference Finals. The Panthers jumped out to an early series lead with a surprising 3-0 shutout win in Game one. The Rangers look to respond and tie the series up.

We find ourselves in a bit of a losing skid with a 3-12 record over our last 15 picks. We hope to turn things around and find our way back into this series after we have a sensational record with the Rangers in the second round versus Carolina.

All betting lines are from BetMGM and are subject to change. Hockey is a difficult sport to predict so please gamble responsibly.

Bet: Rangers ML (-105), Vincent Trocheck Over 0.5 assists (+105), Rangers Over 2.5 goals (-130)

The Rangers are bound to respond as a 2-0 series lead for the Panthers going back to Florida would be deflating. They saw no scoring production from their offense that had scored three or more goals in each of their first eight games to start the postseason.

It was just the second time this postseason that their offense has been slowed down and you can bet on the Rangers top six forwards responding in a big way.

We delve into Russian winger Artemi Panarin in our Pad Stacking Challenge that comes out later today but we will also look to highlight his linemate Vincent Trocheck.

He made an impact this season with the second-most points on the team at 77 and has continued to make an impact this postseason with his game-winner during Game two of their series with the Hurricanes. He’s been on a scoring spree lately with six goals and eight assists for 14 points through their 11 playoff games.

Panarin should be due for a big game as his Game one performance was an outlier compared to his recent playoff play and his history versus the Panthers.

Trocheck will find his way onto the scoresheet with the only caveat being how. Panarin is due for a goal as he hasn’t scored in four games and should find the back of the net thanks to his centre.
