Goalies:
Ilya Sorokin, NYI @ NJ (91% rostered) - FanDuel - $7,100
Sorokin has righted the ship after a rough beginning. He is 4-4-2 on the season but enters Monday's contest off a 33-save shutout against the Rangers on Saturday and is 2-0-1 in his last three starts. As Sorokin goes, so goes the Islanders. He has a tough matchup on the road versus the Devils but his recent uptick in play between the pipes makes him worth a look, especially on a light gameday.
Jet Greaves, CLM @ EDM (31% rostered) - FanDuel - $7,300
Greaves and Elvis Merzlikins continue to split starts. If that pattern remains, Greaves should start against Edmonton. He will be facing an angry Oilers team that was blown out by the Avalanche on Saturday. Greaves has allowed more than three goals in a game just two times this season, posting a 2.89 goals-against average (GAA) and a .907 save percentage through seven starts, mking him a worthwhile option. But if risk-averse, look elsewhere.
Akira Schmid, LV vs. FLA (37% rostered) - FanDuel - $7,800
Schmid took the overtime loss Saturday, which was just his second defeat of the season. He is 6-1-1 with a 2.51 GAA and a .901 save percentage in eight appearances. Schmid is the starter while Adin Hill is sidelined and Carter Hart three weeks away from being eligible to play. If Schmid does not start, Carl Lindblom, who has yet to notch a win, will be between the pipes and less of a viable option.
