Eriksson Ek and Crouse highlight new cards

With Valentine's day quickly approaching it is worth considering the newest HUT Game Day cards.

For this Game Day event each card receives a +1 overall boost for each shot on goal they have in their team's game on February 14th. 

These cards are a good chance to buy-low in hopes that your player racks up shots. Each of these players is available in the Auction House for around 30,000 coins. 

Lets take a look at which player you should buy if you are hoping for the highest overall increase.

Sam Bennett has averaged only 2.1 shots per game this season, with a season high of five.

Joel Eriksson Ek has averaged 3.7 shots with a season high of eight.

Bryan Rust has average just over three shot per-game with a season high of seven.

Lawson Crouse has averaged 2.1 shots per-game with a season high of seven. 

Statistically Eriksson Ek is your best bet to receive the highest overall upgrade, but Crouse and Rust have each had multiple games where they have registered seven shots. 

Ultimately you are gambling on your player having one good game, but with the opportunity to acquire all of these cards for around 30,000, the upside is worth the risk. 

Bennett and the Panthers take on Rust and the Penguins while Eriksson Ek and the Wild take on Crouse and the Coyotes on Valentine's Day.
