Abbotsford Heat score 4 unanswered goals, beat Providence Bruins 5-2

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - The Abbotsford Heat scored four unanswered goals en route to a 5-2 win over the Providence Bruins in American Hockey League play Friday.

Quintin Laing, Greg Nemisz, Andrew Carroll, Bryan Cameron each scored and Matt Keith added an empty-net goal in the final minute for the Heat (10-6-1).

Matt Bartkowski and Yury Alexandrov each scored for Providence (5-6-2).

Abbotsford goaltender Leland Irving stopped 19 shots, while at the other end Nolan Schaefer made 37 saves.
