TEGNA and Gray Media Partner Together For Free Broadcast in Alaska
Starting this fall, Alaskan Kraken fans can enjoy all locally available Seattle Kraken games for the 2024-2025 season free of charge over-the-air, courtesy of a new collaboration between TEGNA, Gray Media, and local stations. Gray’s KAUU station in Anchorage and KYEX in Juneau will broadcast 70 regular season games, with plans to eventually cover the entire state.
Back in April of this year TEGNA announced it would be partnering with several other pacific northwest channels and broke ties with Root Sports for Kraken games.
Fans in Seattle can tune into KING 5 and KONG. Spokane residents KREM and KSKN, and KGW in Portland.
