All ready to go, but where's the hockey?
Here I sit in Hockeytown on the verge of entering round three tonight.
I've got my drinks, my snacks and my favorite Red Wings jersey.
But wait, I have no game.
My cable company doesn't have versus or TSN or anything else that isn't part of their $170 Center Ice package. It's truly sad that the NHL made this kind of deal for televising the most important games of the season.
So, I have two options for tonight's game. Sit by the radio (Holy 1960s, Batman) or go to a smoky, expensive sports bar and endure a hard chair, watery drinks and a surly waitress.
Or, I could watch the Pistons.
