Anaheim Ducks acquire Stephen Dixon from Pittsburgh Penguins for Tim Brent

The 21-year-old Dixon spent last season with AHL Wilkes-Barre/Scranton and had 17 goals and 41 points in 80 games. The Halifax native won a gold medal with Canada at the 2005 world junior championship.

Brent, 23, made his NHL debut this season and played in 15 games for Anaheim. He had one goal.
