Anaheim Ducks re-sign C Kyle Chipchura to one-year deal

ANAHEIM, Calif. – The Anaheim Ducks have re-signed centre Kyle Chipchura to a one-year contract extension.

The deal announced Friday will keep Chipchura with the Ducks through 2011.

Anaheim acquired Chipchura from Montreal for a fourth-round draft pick last December. The 24-year-old finished the season with six goals, six assists and 72 penalty minutes in 74 games with both clubs.
