NORFOLK, Va. – Brandon Bochenski scored a pair of power-play goals and added an assist as the Norfolk Admirals edged the Manitoba Moose 5-4 in American Hockey League action Saturday.
Bochenski’s second goal of the game with 8:28 left in the third period stood as the game winner for the Admirals (13-8-5), who avenged a 4-1 loss to the Moose (16-13-5) a night earlier.
Mark Parrish had a goal and two assists in the victory, while Martins Karsums and Matt Syroczynski added singles.
Marty Murray, Dusty Collins, Alexandre Bolduc and Andrei Shikorov replied for Manitoba, which has dropped three of four meetings with Norfolk this season.
Riku Helenius made 24 saves to earn the win for the Admirals.
Daren Machesney stopped 44 shots in defeat for the Moose.
