Clemmensen, Devils face struggling Senators

Ottawa (11-13-5) at New Jersey (17-9-3), 7:00 pm EST

NEWARK, New Jersey (Ticker) — Scott Clemmensen is filling in
admirably for four-time Vezina Trophy winner Martin Brodeur.

Clemmensen looks to keep rolling when the New Jersey Devils host
the Ottawa Senators on Friday.

New Jersey’s season appeared to be in jeopardy when Brodeur was
lost to a left elbow injury on November 1.

Clemmensen, however, has been a pleasant surprise, posting a
9-3-1 record to keep the Devils in the thick of the Atlantic
Division race.
