Dave Bolland expected to play first game since back surgery in November

CHICAGO – Chicago Blackhawks centre Dave Bolland expects to play Wednesday night against the St. Louis Blues, his first game since undergoing surgery Nov. 10 to repair a herniated disc in his back.

Bolland has played in only 13 games this season.

He had a career-high 19 goals and 47 points last season and was a key player as the Blackhawks advanced to the Western Conference finals.
