Devils bolster defence by recalling Peter Harrold from Albany

NEWARK, N.J. – The New Jersey Devils have recalled defenceman Peter Harrold from Albany of the AHL.

Devils chief executive Lou Lamoriello announced the move on Monday, a day after defenceman Anton Volchenkov missed a game against Pittsburgh with a lower body injury. Harrold has appeared in five games with New Jersey this season.
