Fleury, Penguins seek second straight win

PITTSBURGH (Ticker) — The Pittsburgh Penguins did not have much
success without starting goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury. With the
23-year-old back from injury, their fortunes have turned.

Fleury and the Penguins seek consecutive victories for the first

The Penguins failed to generate any momentum and have not won
two in a row since enjoying a season-high, six-game winning
streak from November 1-15.

A major reason for their struggles stemmed from being without
Fleury for 13 contests. However, he stopped 37 shots and helped
the Penguins edge the New Jersey Devils, 1-0, on Friday –
Fleury’s fifth straight start since returning to the lineup.

Fleury has yielded two total goals in his last two starts after
giving up 11 in the first three games of his return.

Montreal begins a four-game road trip and will play 11 of its
next 15 contests away from home.

The Canadiens are 7-5-2 as the visitors, but all five of those
regulation losses have come in their last eight road games.

After winning two in a row, they suffered a 3-2 overtime loss to
the Carolina Hurricanes on Sunday. With that setback, Montreal
ended a stretch of 10 of 11 at home – including a 4-3 overtime
win over Buffalo last Saturday.
