Gordon scored twice, including winner as Hershey Bears edge Manitoba Moose 4-3

WINNIPEG – Andrew Gordon scored twice, including the game-winner with under a minute left to play as the Hershey Bears edged the Manitoba Moose 4-3 on Friday in the American Hockey League.

Gordon scored his 18th of the season with 24 seconds left while on the power play. The Halifax native scored his first of the game while on the man advantage late in the second period to put Hershey ahead 3-2.

Brian Fahey and Nikita Kashirsky also scored for the Bears (22-13-1).

Sergei Shirokov, Kevin Clark and Mark Flood each scored for Manitoba (20-12-4), which couldn’t convert on six power play opportunities.

Eddie Lack stopped 17 of 21 shots for the Moose. Dany Sabourin made 25 saves at the other end.
