Henrik Zetterberg has goal, assist in Red Wings’ 3-2 victory over Blackhawks

DETROIT – Henrik Zetterberg had a goal and an assist and the Detroit Red Wings beat the defending Stanley Cup champion Chicago Blackhawks 3-2 in an exhibition game Friday night.

Jan Mursak and Tomas Holmstrom also scored for Detroit (1-1). Jimmy Howard made eight saves, and Joey MacDonald stopped 10 shots.

Jeremy Morin and Brandon Pirri each had a goal and an assist for Chicago (0-2-0). Corey Crawford made 33 saves.
