Highlight of the Night: Jason Pominville’s shatter-shot

Minnesota could only put one puck past Boston’s Tuukka Rask last night, but it was a rocket. In fact, Jason Pominville’s stick exploded in the process.

The Boston Bruins took care of business last night, dispatching Minnesota 4-1. But the Wild’s one tally was impressive: Ryan Suter made the outlet pass from his knees and Jason Pominville finished with a slapper that broke his stick in the process.
