J.R. belongs in PA

After reading Adam Proteau’s article about Jeremy Roenick in the Sept. 14 issue, I have been reminded what a class act and great ambassador for the game Roenick was.

He was not just a hockey player, but an entertainer, a spokesperson and a voice of the players.

He stood by what he believed in and I believe he would be a great addition to the NHLPA, a union that desperately needs some leadership from the players.
