NHL Players’ Association holds online auction to help with Haiti relief

TORONTO – The NHL Players’ Association is stepping up its efforts to help the people of Haiti.

The union announced Tuesday that it has launched an online auction, donating several pieces of memorabilia in an effort to raise funds for the Hockey for Haiti project.

Items up for auction include signed jerseys from Sidney Crosby and Zdeno Chara, autographed photos from Alex Ovechkin and Steven Stamkos, and a variety of game-used sticks and game-worn uniforms.
