Owen Sound Attack acquire Daniel Catenacci from Sault Ste Marie Greyhounds

The defending OHL champion Owen Sound Attack have acquired Daniel Catenacci from the Sault Ste Marie Greyhounds.

Catenacci, who was taken first overall by the Greyhounds in 2009, had 71 points in 67 games for the club last season and was taken in the third round (77th overall) by the Buffalo Sabres in the NHL’s June draft.

In return, the Greyhounds added Andrew Fritsch and a 2014 second-rounder.

Fritsch, a Phoenix fifth-rounder in June, scored 62 points in 58 games for Owen Sound last season.
