Penguins assign former 50-goal scorer John LeClair to AHL farm team

The move was made after no other NHL team claimed the 37-year-old left-winger off waivers. LeClair had two goals and five assists in 21 games with the Penguins this season.

The six-foot-three veteran has played 967 NHL games over 17 seasons. He has 406 goals and 413 assists.
