The Hockey News player of the week for the period of March 24-30 is Boston Bruins center David Krejci.

With his team fighting tooth and nail to lock down a playoff spot in the East, the 21-year-old Krejci averaged two points a game over four contests as the Bruins nabbed seven of a possible eight points. The Czech rookie’s three goals and eight points brought his season totals to six goals and 26 points in 53 games.
