Red Wings hope to have Lidstrom, Datsyuk back for game versus Chicago

DETROIT – Detroit Red Wings coach Mike Babcock hopes defenceman Nicklas Lidstrom and centre Pavel Datsyuk will be on the ice for Game 5 of the Western Conference final against the Chicago Blackhawks.

Babcock said Monday forward Kris Draper won’t play when the series resumes in Detroit. The defending champions will get their first of three chances Wednesday night to advance to the Stanley Cup final.
