I’ll say this much about the Ottawa Senators: At the very least, they are consistent.
In light of the two latest fiascos (inane mural, pre-game Roman) brought to you by the bright lights in the marketing/public relations department this week, fresh from last year’s Spartacat gaffe, incompetence seems to run through the entire echelons of this comical organization.
Yet, some fans are still delusional to the point of hoping a quick exit from the first round will cause owner Eugene Melnyk to clean house.
Not too fast with your blind trust in this man, folks. After all, this is the same person who was urging the good people of Ottawa as late as last week not to lose faith because his Senators were still the best team in the NHL.
