Sharks defenceman Dan Boyle could miss 2 games with undisclosed upper-body injury

SAN JOSE, Calif. – Defenceman Dan Boyle could miss the next two games for the San Jose Sharks because of an undisclosed upper-body injury.

Boyle was hurt in the third period of Tuesday night’s win in Los Angeles. He will sit out Thursday night’s game against Anaheim and says he will probably miss Saturday’s game against Buffalo as well. The Sharks have four days off after that and hope Boyle will be able to play Jan. 28 against Chicago.
