Shoulder injury will sideline Devils defenceman Corrente for two-to-four weeks

NEWARK, N.J. – New Jersey Devils defenceman Matt Corrente will be sidelined up to month with a shoulder injury.

Corrente was hurt in a fight with Tampa Bay’s Steve Downie on Friday night. The Devils said he would miss between two-to-four weeks.

Corrente sat out games against Florida on Saturday and the Islanders on Monday. He has six assists in 22 games.
