The Ontario League’s Storm lived up to their name on Thursday night, striking a late death-blow to Peterborough with an onslaught of tallies while Guelph was down a man.
The Peterborough Petes were down 6-4 in the third period last night when the Guelph Storm put them on the power play. Time for a comeback? Err…no. Time for a string of three straight shorthanded goals.
Dallas Stars prospect Jason Dickinson tallied two of the shorties for Guelph, while Tyler Hill added the third, pushing the Storm to a 9-4 victory in Peterborough.
