When will the Sharks learn?

There is nothing like tradition in the NHL. So here we are again, in the middle of the playoff season, discussing the collapse of the San Jose Sharks.

When will the management of the Sharks realize that having the most superstar players does not mean wins (ask the pre-lockout Rangers)?

The Bruins and Red Wings have won with balance and depth this year, while not having the star factor the Sharks had.

I wonder if the Sharks are finally going to admit that trading for Joe Thornton was a mistake, as the three players they traded would have made them a deeper and maybe a more complete team, as it has with the Bruins.
