Bruins acquire defenceman Montador from Ducks for forward Nokelainen

BOSTON - The Boston Bruins acquired defenceman Steve Montador from the Anaheim Ducks on Wednesday in exchange for forward Petteri Nokelainen.

Montador, a 29-year-old Vancouver native, has 20 points (4-16) in 65 games this season.

The six-foot 211-pound blue-liner has 67 points (18-49) in 355 career regular-season games.

Nokelainen, a 23-year-old native of Imatra, Finland, has three points (0-3) in 33 games this season.

He has 15 points (8-7) in 105 career regular-season games.
