Bruins' Milan Lucic suspended one game for incident in Game 2

The Boston Bruins will be without forward Milan Lucic for Game 3 against the Montreal Canadiens after he was handed a one-game suspension by the NHL.

Lucic crosschecked Montreal’s Maxim Lapierre in the neck and head area towards the end of Boston Game 2, 5-1 win. The Bruins argued Lucic’s hand hit Lapierre before the stick.

Lucic has two assists and a plus-2 rating in the series and will be able to return to the lineup for Game 4 in Montreal Wednesday.
