Canada advances to Spengler Cup final after 5-2 victory over Berlin

It was a must-win game for the Canadians, who will learn their opponent after the late contest between Khimik and HC Davos.

The Canadian team, made up of European-based pros and AHL players, will play in the championship game tomorrow.

Canada lost to a Russian Super League team (Magnitogorsk) in last year's final.

Canada last won the five-team international tournament in 2003.
