Canucks re-sign veteran forward Trevor Linden on Tuesday

The 37-year-old winger - entering his 19th NHL season - recorded 12 goals and 13 assists in 80 games last season with the Canucks.

In 1,323 career regular-season games, Linden has 368 goals and 487 assists.

The Medicine Hat, Alta., native has spent most of his career with the Canucks, who originally drafted him second overall in the 1988 draft.
