Chicago centre LaRose earns AHL player-of-the-week honours

LaRose scored five goals and added six assists in three games last week, during which the Wolves had two wins and an overtime loss.

LaRose began the week by scoring a career-high five points, including his first career hat trick, in the Wolves' 7-3 win at Iowa on Tuesday. He followed with another five-point performance (two goals, three assists) Friday as Chicago routed Omaha 9-1.

The Campbellton, N.B., native has seven goals and 12 assists in 13 games this season.
