The first round obviously can't be four hours long again. Three hours are plenty, maybe two. When a team makes a pick, start the clock for the next squad right away. If the player has a video call with management, record it and then play a highlight on-air between the picks. That can avoid showing any live video feed issues. Make sure whoever announces the pick knows the pronunciation of the player's name and team name (it's an important moment in their lives). Let the players choose a walk-up song. That's some free consulting from me. What suggestions would you give?
