Dallas sends Lessard to Lightning for former Stars pick Jancevski

DALLAS - Dallas traded right-winger Junior Lessard to Tampa Bay on Tuesday for defenceman Dan Jancevski, the Stars' second-round pick in 1999.

Jancevski played two games for the Stars in 2005-06. He did not record a point in two games this season for Tampa Bay. Jancevski will report to the Iowa Stars, the team's primary American Hockey League affiliate, where he was captain for that team's inaugural season two years ago.

Lessard had no points in two games for Dallas this season.
