Dallas Stars sign defenceman Laresen to entry-level deal

DALLAS - The Dallas Stars have signed defenceman Philip Larsen to a three-year entry-level deal.

Terms were not released Monday. The 19-year-old Denmark native was the fifth-round selection by Dallas in the 2008 NHL entry draft. He spent the past season with Frolunda in the Swedish Elite League.

Larsen had 17 points and 18 penalty minutes in 53 games with Frolunda.
