Deschamps, Mayer added to roster for CHL/NHL Top Prospects game

TORONTO - Chicoutimi Sagueneens forward Nicolas Deschamps and Saint John Sea Dogs netminder Robert Mayer were added Monday to the rosters for the CHL/NHL Top Prospects game.

Deschamps will replace injured forward Kyle Beach of the Everett Silvertips on Team White, while Mayer takes over for injured netminder Kevin Poulin of the Victoriaville Tigres.

The annual showcase of the top draft-eligible players in the Canadian Hockey League goes Wednesday night at Rexall Place in Edmonton.
