Ducks hoping to salvage road trip

Anaheim (23-21-5) at Phoenix (24-19-5), 9:00 p.m. EST

GLENDALE, Arizona (Ticker) -- The Anaheim Ducks were limping

their way into the All-Star break. The Phoenix Coyotes will

find out if the time off was beneficial.

Anaheim looks to end its five-game road trip on a high note when

it visits Phoenix on Tuesday.

The Ducks had lost six of their last eight games heading into

the break, which includes a 1-3-0 mark on the road trip.

Rookie Bobby Ryan scored the lone goal in Anaheim's most recent

loss, a 2-1 setback at the lowly New York Islanders last

Wednesday.

Phoenix ended the first half of the season with wins in five of

its last seven games, including a 6-3 triumph over Detroit last

Tuesday.

Enver Lisin scored a pair of goals in the third period as the

Coyotes outscored the defending Stanley Cup champion Red Wings,

3-0, over the final 20 minutes.

The teams have split the first two meetings this season.
