Ducks' Kunitz likely out for playoffs with broken bone in right hand

The team made the annoucement Monday, one day after beating the Detroit Red Wings 4-3 to take a 2-0 lead in the Western Conference final. Kunitz was injured late in the third period of Anaheim's 2-1 win over Detroit in Friday's series opener, and was a scratch for Game 2.

The 27-year-old left-winger had one goal and five assists in 11 post-season games for the Ducks, after posting career highs in goals (25) and points (60) during the regular season.
