Edmonton Oilers agree to terms with centre Brad Moran on one-year deal

EDMONTON - The Edmonton Oilers agreed to terms with free-agent centre Brad Moran on a one-year contract Wednesday.

Moran had 40 points (14 goals, 26 assists) in 55 games last season with Skelleftea HC in the Swedish Elite League.

The 31-year-old Abbotsford, B.C., native has spent most of his pro career in the American Hockey League. He has played eight career NHL games with Columbus and Vancouver, totalling a goal and two assists.
