Edmonton Oilers recall centre Ryan O'Marra from Oklahoma City of AHL

EDMONTON - The Edmonton Oilers recalled centre Ryan O'Marra from the Oklahoma City Barons of the American Hockey League on Tuesday.

The 23-year-old has four goals, four assists and 40 penalty minutes in 20 games with the Barons this season.

The six-foot-two, 220-pound O'Marra appeared in 21 games with the Oilers last season, collecting a goal and four assists.

The Oilers said Monday that star centre Taylor Hall will miss up to a month with a left shoulder injury.

The first overall pick at the 2010 draft suffered the setback on Saturday in Colorado when he was hit along the boards by Avalanche defenceman Ryan Wilson.
