EDMONTON - The Edmonton Oilers recalled forward Liam Reddox from the Springfield Falcons on Thursday and assigned goaltender Jeff Drouin-Deslauriers to their American Hockey League affiliate.

Reddox, a 21-year-old from Whitby, Ont., has 10 points (4-6) in 15 games with Springfield this season.

He played his junior hockey with the OHL's Peterborough Petes before spending his first pro season with the ECHL's Stockton Thunder last year.

The former fourth-road pick of the Oilers has yet to appear an NHL game.

Drouin-Deslauriers was recalled from Springfield earlier this week and dressed as backup to Mathieu Garon for Edmonton's game at Vancouver on Wednesday.
