European expansion? Come back to Canada first

Why is it that Gary Bettman wants to bring the NHL to Europe so badly? It doesn't make any sense. How is he going to work this one?

The time changes are one thing, but when you can get a team in any Canadian city and sell out each game, the answer seems pretty clear to me.

It's time we got a team back to the central part of Canada. Get the Jets back in the league, or give Hamilton a shot not some team stationed in Europe that probably will fold after the first year because of a lack of team support.

Not to mention the problems coming from the Kontinental League by having an NHL team in their back yard. Listen to what the players have to say. Come on Gary, it isn't rocket science.
