Flames put Nilson, Eriksson and Warrener on NHL waivers Thursday

CALGARY - Forward Marcus Nilson and defencemen Anders Eriksson and Rhett Warrener were put on NHL waivers by the Calgary Flames on Thursday.

Nilson, 30, has one more year on his contract at $1 million. He had five points (3-2) in 47 games with the Flames last season.

Warrener, 32, has one year left on his deal at $2.5 million. He had four points (1-3) and 21 penalty minutes in 31 games last season.

Eriksson, 33, is slated to make $1.5 million next season in the last year of his deal. He had 18 points (1-17) and 36 penalty minutes in 61 games last season.
