Foster and Murphy lead Marlies to 4-1 victory over Lake Erie

CLEVELAND - Alex Foster and Colin Murphy had a goal and two assists apiece to lead the Toronto Marlies over the Lake Erie Monsters 4-1 in the AHL on Friday.

Chris Harrington and Brent Aubin also scored for the Marlies (44-18-3-6), who remain first in the North Division.

Jamie Lundmark countered for the Monsters (25-35-5-7).

Justin Pogge turned aside 22 of 23 shots for Toronto, while Mike Wall made 24 saves from 28 shots in the loss for Lake Erie.
