Rangers defenseman Erik Gustafsson was seen Monday morning at the team's practice in a red non-contact jersey ahead of their game against the Penguins.

New York Rangers defenseman Erik Gustafsson took part in Monday’s morning skate wearing a red non-contact jersey:

Gustafsson has missed the last three games for the Rangers, after taking what seemed to be an incidental hit from Florida Panthers forward Sam Reinhart on March 23:

Gustafsson has recorded 30 points in 70 games for the Blueshirts this year, with six goals and 24 assists.

With the Rangers recently getting defensemen Jacob Trouba and Ryan Lindgren back in the lineup, Gustafsson getting closer to returning is a great sign for the backend, with playoffs right around the corner.
