First Hockey Memory: "Probably being down in my dad's - my dad coached in high school - so I was always down there with him."

Hockey Inspirations: "Obviously my dad was very inspirational. Getting me into it when I was at a young age. And probably Mike Richter."

First Famous Player You Met Or Encountered: "Alexi Yashin. In Arnprior, Ont., up by Ottawa. I was probably ten years old. It was a camp and he just showed up and said hello to all the kids."

Greatest Sports Moment(s): "Being drafted and probably being around for the '08 Cup run."

Most Painful Moment: "Oooh that's a good question... Probably missing out world juniors. First time the U.S. has ever won it over on foreign soil. Blew my knee out a week before the tournament. So I didn't get to go."

Current Car: "Range Rover (black)."

Favorite Sport Outside Hockey: "Probably NFL."

Three Athletes You Like To Watch & Follow: "Ricky Fowler. Derek Jeter when he was playing. And... other than that probably not much."

Funny Hockey Memory: "Every day [smiles]."

Strangest Game: "When I was probably eight or nine. Championship game. The puck came up from behind the net and hit me in the back of the head and went in the net and we lost. So that was probably the strangest."

Favorite Uniforms: "Us [laughs]!"

Favorite Rink(s) To Play: "Here in Tampa and probably Chicago. (Why here?) Just because it always feels like a home game - a lot of Detroit fans down here"

Why Do You Love Playing Hockey: "Just it's in my blood. What I love to do. It's the only thing that I ever wanted to to."

Last Book Read: "In the middle of reading Patrick O'Sullivan's book - one of my ex-teammates."

Most Memorable Save: "A lot [chuckles]. Geez... most memorable... I don't know there's a lot of them up there in the memory banks. Can't really remember one."

People Qualities Most Admired: "Just respect. Respecting people the way their supposed to be respected."
