Giving thanks for the Original Six

Thomas A. Force, Dallas

American Thanksgiving is just around the corner and every year we have the same (boring) NFL games to watch on TV.

How about the NHL starts a new "Original Six" tradition on this day?

I would much rather watch a tripleheader of NYR-Bos at 12:30 p.m. EST, Det-Chi at 4 p.m. and, for our Canadian friends who may miss these first two games while they are at work, Mtl-Tor at 7:30 p.m.

Let's have the same matchups at the same times every year, alternating cities. That would be much better than watching the Detroit Lions again.
