Hamilton goalie Halak named AHL player of week

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - Hamilton Bulldogs goaltender Jaroslav Halak was named American Hockey League player of the week on Monday.

He went 3-1-0 with one shutout last week. Halak had a 1.00 goals-against average and .966 save percentage over four appearances.
