Hamilton goalie Marc Denis makes 36 saves as Bulldogs edge Marlies 4-3

TORONTO - Marc Denis made 36 saves and the Hamilton Bulldogs scored three unanswered goals to beat the Toronto Marlies 4-3 in AHL action Friday.

David Desharnais scored twice as the Bulldogs overcame three straight goals from the Marlies in the first period.

J.T. Wyman and Ryan O'Byrne also scored and Dan Jancevski added three assists as the Bulldogs improved to 34-20-2-0.

Anton Stralman, Ryan Hollweg, and Jeremy Williams scored for the Marlies (28-20-2-5).

Toronto goalie James Reimer made 15 saves.
